1. Scope of application
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to shipments within the EU. Special conditions apply to deliveries abroad; information on foreign RHOMBERG SCHMUCK branches can be found on the respective "country page". Deliveries to these countries are made via the RHOMBERG SCHMUCK national branches.

2. Delivery costs
We deliver free of charge to all EU countries.

3. Order and conclusion of contract
3.1 You order in our shop by
- Adding items to your shopping basket,
- entering your delivery address,
- checking the entries and finalising the order by selecting the payment method and entering the payment details.
3.2 After you have submitted your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.
3.3 The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivering the goods or by notifying you of delivery. The contract is concluded exclusively in German.

4. Payment
Rhomberg processes all payments via external payment service providers. The available payment methods are listed at checkout.
4.1 Shopify Payments
If you choose a payment method offered by the payment service provider Shopify Payments, the payment will be processed by the technical service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process together with the information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency and transaction number) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and only to the extent that it is necessary for this purpose.

Purchases on account are processed via the external payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). The option to purchase on account is available if Klarna carries out a positive credit check. Please note that the check is automated and we have no influence on the result. After a successful check, the purchase can be finalised with the desired payment method "Klarna invoice".
The buyer will receive the invoice directly from Klarna as soon as we have dispatched the goods. Please note that the invoice is therefore usually sent before the goods are received. You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay it.

4.2 Amazon Pay
If the payment method "Amazon Payments" is selected, payment is processed via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe s.c.a., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "Amazon"), subject to the Amazon Payments Europe User Agreement, which can be viewed at https://payments.amazon.de/help/201751590.

4.3 PayPal
If payment is made using a payment method offered by PayPal, payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "PayPal"), subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - subject to the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.

Refund after a return
The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made to the payment method selected

5. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Fax: 08382-304 91 599, Email: info@rhomberg.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

End of the cancellation policy


The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly customised to the personal needs of the consumer (see engraving notice).

6. Warranty/guarantee conditions
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
You receive a 2-year guarantee on all jewellery. The limitation period begins on the date of delivery, i.e. receipt of the item by the buyer. The guarantee does not apply in the event of loss/theft, damage, natural wear and tear or items sold out. Please keep the invoice in a safe place as it serves as proof of guarantee.
If the goods arrive defective despite careful quality inspection, we will bear the costs of returning them. We ask you to request a free return label for this purpose. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact:

7. Reservation of title
The goods remain the property of RHOMBERG SCHMUCK GMBH until final payment has been made.

8. Value added tax
All prices include the respective statutory value added tax.

9. Storage of the contract text
The text of the contract is not stored by us and can no longer be retrieved after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out the order data immediately after sending the order. Therefore, please keep all documents and messages you receive from us in a safe place.

10. Delivery area and clientele
Orders and deliveries are generally possible within Germany and Austria, as well as in all other EU countries. For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, please visit www.schmuck.ch. If you require a delivery outside of the above-mentioned delivery areas, we will be happy to help you. 11. Prices and limited special offers
All prices quoted are retail prices and include VAT and do not include shipping costs. The price at the time of ordering applies.

12. Place of jurisdiction
In dealings with end consumers within the European Union, the law of the end consumer's place of residence may also be applicable. If the private end consumer is not domiciled within the European Union, our place of business shall be the place of jurisdiction.
